Gluten Free Pizza Dough Pillsbury

  • you need ¾ cup of warm milk with a temperature of 120°F to 130°F.

  • For the active dry yeast, you need around 2 1/4 tsp.

As for the base of the dough:

  • Use around 2 1/4 cups of it. Measure 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder and beat lightly 2 white eggs.

The first step:

You have to do is to make a dough with a combination of milk, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl.

Once mixed, then you can add the gluten free flour, garlic powder, salt, egg whites, and 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil.

Then, you can choose to either knead the dough manually with hands or using an electric mixer with medium speed.

The next step:
