Apple Pie Recipe with Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Pie Crust Mix
This apple recipe is for 8 slices. You will need around an hour to 2 hours to make this recipe.
Ingredients
- A pack of Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free pie crust mix
- 4 pounds of apples. You can use any types of apples. Peel and take out the seeds.
- A half-cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar for the topping
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon of salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon
- An egg white or 1/8 cup of milk for the topping
How to Make
Prepare pie crusts according to the instruction. Keep the top crust dough fridged. Roll out bottom crust and place it in a 9-inch pan and put it in a fridge. Heat the oven to 425ºF.
